Our Business Software Solutions division has successfully implemented CRM databases and websites for Further Education (FE) Colleges, Training Providers and professional membership bodies through to pigeon racing clubs, athletics clubs, athletics (local and national) associations and recruitment agencies. The dashboard when you log on to XchangeCRM is intuitive and allows you to quickly look at your task list, client accounts and review your marketing campaigns.  Having the ability to add multiple account managers means that the sales team who primarily deal with the decision maker and college curriculum team’s who tend to deal with the learners and training facilitators is fairly seamless and brings transparency so that everyone involved at the college is able to see and monitor how the relationship is developing.

We have been working with Tineke BDC for approximately 4 years and feel that we have an excellent relationship with them. They often go well and above what you would normally expect in terms of service and support for this type of product and Tim Harrison in particular has really helped us to get the most out of the data the database holds.
